Lanaux Hailey This Friday She rocked the house last year and we know she's bringing a bigger, badder show this year. Ellington Friday's with Lanaux Hailey and The Southside Jazz Trio is about as much fun as you can have and still be home by 9pm! Think about it... a great show, an Ellington Friday buffet, and still only $5. This Friday from 5:00 - 8:30. Don't forget to get your tickets for The Main Street Music Festival with the Manhattans and EC Scott on October 16th at the City Market from 5pm to 10 pm. It's brought to you by Vibe 100, Wachovia Bank, and Miller Brewing. We're manning the gates, the ticket booths, the pump trucks and more. We get the proceeds from the suds sales and we get to use this event as our 20th Anniversary Celebration. Nice, huh. The Ellington has been at 421 Rivermont Avenue for twenty years this season and we've presented hundreds of concerts. We've loved doing it and we hope you've loved coming. The board is working hard updating the facility, planning for the future and reaching out to new music lovers. The Main Street Festival is a great opportunity and we hope some of you can help us make it a great event. We still need a few volunteers for the show.
